If you purchased any of the Covered Products at retail in the United States and its territories from June 10, 2018, through April 22, 2026, you may be eligible for benefits from the Settlement.

If you are a Settlement Class Member and wish to receive benefits then you must submit a Claim Form by July 7, 2026.

Before you complete and submit this Claim Form, you should read and be familiar with the Settlement Agreement (the “Agreement”) and the Notice of Class Action and Proposed Settlement (the “Notice”) available on the Important Documents page of this website. Defined terms (with initial capitals) used in these General Instructions have the same meaning as set forth in the Settlement Agreement. By submitting this Claim Form, you acknowledge that you have read and understand theNotice, and you agree to the release of Released Claims included as a material term of the Settlement Agreement.

All Class Members may claim one of the following options.

Option 1 - No Proof of Purchase Required: If you purchased any of the Covered Products between June 10, 2018, and April 22, 2026, and choose to submit your Claim Form without proof of purchase, you will receive one (1) Replacement Wheel per unit purchased up to five (5) Replacement Wheels (regardless of how many persons live in the household and regardless of whether there were more than five (5) units of Covered Products purchased in the household).

Option 2 - Proof of Purchase Required: If you purchased any of the Covered Products between June 10, 2018, and April 22, 2026, and choose to submit proof of your purchase for one (1) or more Covered Products you may receive a payment equal to the total amount of such purchases up to a maximum Benefit Amount of $50.00 (regardless of whether the value of the total number of purchases of Covered Products exceeded $50.00).
